Ok, while Rob and I (the other co-founders) work in an office, Lamont gets to go out and rock the world. I wanted to give you guys a taste of his new album
Jubilee. Most of the songs were inspired by the slavery and suffering that Lamont has seen but also by the hope, joy and fire of abolition.
P.S. the cute guitar player is my husband.
Abolition!

I hope to get a chance to hear more. sounds good. I think it's adorable that you mentioned your husband. haha.
Great CD.
The weirdest thing happened yesterday. I was at Friendly's, a restaurant where I live in Ohio, and I was thinking about trafficking and slavery like I pretty much do all the time, and all of a sudden Ten Shekel Shirt's song "Wartime Lullaby" comes on in the restaurant. Gave me goosebumps.
